Arrived badly wrapped and didn’t feel special at all. Disappointing for a gift.

My order from joi.com was mostly fine, but one item wasn’t what I actually picked, which was annoying. It’s just frustrating having to spend extra time checking everything and then reaching out to support over something that should’ve been right in the first place. Shipping was okay, and support did eventually reply, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the order accuracy could definitely be better.

Ordering was a breeze. I’m 100% sure checkout took almost no time at all, and there was just one tiny step that had me pause for a second, but nothing major.

I gave Joi a try because I was expecting something a little more premium, but my first impression was just okay. For my taste, the texture felt a bit off, and it didn’t blend as smoothly as I thought it would.

The flavor wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t something I found myself excited to use again. At that price point, I personally expected it to feel a little more polished and higher quality overall.

I can see how someone else might like it depending on what they’re using it for, but it didn’t really work for me. I’ll probably finish what I have, but I don’t think I’d reorder.

I had to wait days just to get a reply from support, and when they finally got back to me, it wasn’t even that helpful. it’s frustrating because this feels like the same issue all over again.

I had a good experience browsing joi.com. The selection was solid, and I liked that they had different base options plus a few flavors I don’t usually run into at regular stores. It was simple to compare everything and figure out what made the most sense for me, which I appreciated.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I kept thinking it would be nice to have more size options or sample packs, especially when trying something new. Maybe that’s just me, but I’d feel better testing a few before committing. Still, I’m happy with what they offer overall

My order showed up on time, so I guess there’s that. But the packaging was disappointing, the box was kind of crushed, and one corner was even slightly open. Thankfully nothing was completely ruined, but for the price, I was expecting it to be packed with a bit more care. It just felt a little careless, honestly
